What is the creator economy on AwakeVerse?
AwakeVerse's creator economy is a revenue sharing model that pays creators for the engagement their published characters and templates generate on the platform.
How the pool works
The creator economy pool is funded entirely by Unlimited subscription revenue. When users subscribe to the Unlimited tier, a portion of that revenue goes into the pool that is distributed to creators.
The split is:
- 80% to creators
- 20% to AwakeVerse for platform infrastructure and development
This is a direct relationship between subscriber growth and creator earnings. As the platform grows, the pool grows.
How payouts are distributed
Payouts from the pool are distributed based on two signals:
Resonance How meaningfully your character is connecting with users — not just how often it is used, but the depth and quality of engagement it generates. A character that produces long, return conversations generates more resonance than one that is opened and closed quickly.
Engagement How frequently your character or template is being actively used across the platform.
Certified creators receive weighted consideration in the distribution — recognition that quality-reviewed work contributes more signal to the platform.
Who is eligible
Any Unlimited tier subscriber who has published characters or templates to the Market Hub is eligible to participate in the creator economy.
Free and Pro users cannot publish to the Market Hub and are therefore not eligible for creator payouts.
Tracking your earnings
Your Creator Hub dashboard shows:
- Engagement data for each published character and template
- Resonance scores over time
- Your share of the creator economy pool for each payout period
Current status
The creator economy is live. Payouts are active for Unlimited subscribers with published, engaged work on the Market Hub.
